Macmillan World's Biggest Coffee Morning
Friday 27th September 10am - 12 noon
Join us for this annual event and help us raise 'loadsamoney' for Macmillan Cancer Support
A huge raffle will be on sale all week, to be drawn at the Friday afternoon Bingo session.
Home made cakes will be on sale alongside coffee and biscuits. A mini tombola stall will be set up with prizes on offer and a bring and buy table, plus other games and quizzes.
Don't forget, if you are a UK taxpayer, Gift Aid your donation or spend on the day to enable Macmillan to claim a further 25p per £1 spent.

Ageing Well and Older Peoples Week
30th September - 6th October 2013
Try something new and join in the activities in Reigate, Banstead, Horley, Redhill and Priory Park
To celebrate national Older Peoples Day on 1 October, we've created a week long programme of activities.
In partnership with the Borough Community Centres, Leisure Centres and Priory Park we invite you to enjoy one or more of the free trials on offer here at the Woodhatch Centre.

Christmas Bazaar 2013
Saturday 9th November 12-3pm
Our annual fund raising event buzzes with people looking for that unusual Christmas Gift idea. A variety of stalls offer, home made cakes, tombola, handmade crafts and gifts, jewellery, books, jigsaws, china and glass, bric a brac and much more. Filled baguettes and sandwiches, hot and cold drinks are on sale during the afternoon.
How you can help!
Bake a cake. Donate a prize for our raffle or tombola stall. Help on the day. Bring your family and friends and support the event.
- Down the Hatch
A competition to name our new cafe gave an amazing choice of names to choose from. Some catchy and quirky and others that conjured up exotic locations! A democratic vote chose Down the Hatch for its dual meaning. A £10 M&S voucher was received by the the winner. (See Woodhatch words 108 below)
"Down the Hatch"
is a cafe style facility serving hot food from 9.30am
From Monday to Friday a breakfast menu will be served from 9.30am until 11.15am
Sandwiches are available made to order at £1.50
Hot snack lunches can be ordered up to 12.30pm and served from 11am - 12.30pm
The main meal of the day can be ordered by telephone or from reception up to 11.30am
and served from 12- 12.30pm
